Donations for any amount are accepted gratefully and will assist the Team in continuing to provide quality chamber music presentations in intimate venues. Apart from obvious costs such as artists’ fees, venue costs and advertising, donated funds may be applied also to items such as domestic airfares, piano tuning, programme copying, APRA performance licences, postage, or to enabling the Team to engage one or two extra performers for works requiring more than two or three musicians. Rigg Bequest Classic Music 2026 - in Special and Sacred Spaces
Orix Duo: Beethoven for Cello & Piano, Part 2
Join prize-winning cello and piano duo Ye Jin Choi and Kevin Suherman - Orix Duo, for their second and final presentation of works by Beethoven for cello and piano, set in the historic ambience of the German Lutheran Church.
This recital, an early bicentenntial of Beethoven's death in 2027, features the Sonatas for Piano and Cello Nos 1, 3 and 5 in F major, A major and D major, paired with the Variations on 'See the Conquering Hero comes' from Handel's 'Judas Maccabaeus' WoO 46.
